  • Crayola® is the manufacturer of high-quality creative experience products and fine artist materials, marketed primarily under the Crayola and Silly Putty brand names. Our business is diversified in order to broaden our consumer base to encompass various age groups. Our business is divided into three major categories:

    1. Products sold to retail stores through traditional distribution chains.
    2. Products sold to schools, educational distributors, office supply retailers and specialty markets.
    3. Products sold overseas through our international division.

Each of our three major divisions develops strategies for approaching a certain market based on the target user or purchaser, where the product is sold and the location of the product in the retail store.

We are sorry to disappoint you, however, we are unable to provide specific information regarding our marketing strategies and advertising practices due to its proprietary nature. Additional media and marketing information can be found by visiting the Crayola Press Center at Crayola.com.

  • Have questions about your Color Wonder Magic Light Brush? We have the answers!

    For Best Results:

    Always protect your work surface!

    • The handle will light up and cycle through all the colors. When that is done, press the bristles in the middle of the paint pad for a few seconds. The handle will temporarily light up the color of the paint. Brush the bristles against the paint pad several times. An invisible layer of paint will stick to the bristles. Brush onto Color Wonder Paper and watch the colors magically appear!
    • Between each color change, wipe the bristles with a dry paper towel.
    • To store the unit, snap the cover on to protect the color pads. Since the paint pads will not dry out, the cover does not need to be airtight and replacing the paint pads is not necessary. The paint pads are securely sealed in the unit during the manufacturing process and not removable, so we do not recommend attempting to remove them.

    Battery Savers:

    • To help preserve battery life, the Magic Light Brush will automatically turn off after 5 minutes if unused.
